2027 Registration Details
Year 2 is here, and we’re so glad you’re back for it. We want to be upfront with you: a few things look a little different this year, including our pricing. As Empower KM grows, so do the real costs of making it great. We’ve made some adjustments to stay sustainable, keep up with inflation, and continue delivering the kind of experience this community deserves. Making money was never the goal. Building something that lasts, with people who keep showing up for it, always has been.
Here’s what registration looks like for 2027:
In-Person Conference (February 17 & 18, 2027)
Your in-person ticket includes full access to both conference days and a ticket to the Global Virtual Session on February 16. Everything in one registration.
- $350: Super Early Bird tickets May 15 – July 1
- $400: Early Bird tickets July 2 – December 31
- $600: Regular tickets January 1 – February 11
- $700: February 12 tickets – the event.
Global Virtual Session (February 16, 2027)
- $55 through December 31, 2026
- $75 starting January 1, 2027

Want to go even deeper? Add on our optional half-day workshop featuring a Resilience-Building Leadership Professional certification prep course, offered to Empower KM Attendees at more than 50% off the standard rate. Frequently Asked Questions
Will speakers attend for free?
- Since we are in our first years hosting the conference and we’re a grassroots organization, we’re offering deeply discounted tickets. In return, we kindly ask that speakers contribute a $75 donation to help cover the cost of food. If this contribution presents a barrier—especially for first-time speakers or anyone who may need support—we’re happy to work with you. Please don’t hesitate to reach out. We want to make sure this opportunity is accessible to all.
What is your refund policy?
- Full Refund: Cancellations received more than 30 days before the conference start date are eligible for a 100% refund, minus any processing fees.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations received between 15–30 days before the event may receive a 50% refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made 14 days or less before the event are not eligible for a refund.
