Have an idea worth sharing? A story that could inspire others? A lesson learned the hard way? A new way of thinking about knowledge, people, and community? We want to hear from you!

Empower KM is designed to create space for voices that don’t always get the microphone. We’re especially interested in hearing from new and emerging speakers—people who may have a great story, experience, or perspective to share but haven’t had many opportunities to speak at conferences or in front of a larger audience.

You don’t need to be a professional speaker or a seasoned presenter. We’re looking for people with something meaningful to share who are excited to engage with our community and learn alongside fellow attendees.

Our sessions are designed to be interactive experiences—not simply presentations. We encourage you to think about how you’ll bring your topic to life, involve participants, and create opportunities for attendees to learn from and with one another.

Proposals should align with one of our three conference tracks: Amplifying Voices, Evolving Knowledge Sharing, or Connecting Community. We’re excited to hear your ideas, perspectives, and experiences and to help create a conference where everyone has an opportunity to contribute.
